This Shipping Policy describes how Infidel.me (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or high order volume), processing times may extend up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States)

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 – Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 – Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs (if applicable).

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back in the future as we expand.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable sales taxes, duties, customs fees, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout where required. We are not responsible for additional fees imposed by your local government.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact us within 30 days of the original shipping date with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged packages, please take photos of the damage and packaging, and contact us immediately.

Changes or Cancellations

We can only cancel or modify orders before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
